What: CPR/AED (BLS, adult/infant) training

Whether you need CPR/AED training for your practice/professional work or if you'd just like to have the skills in the event of an emergency, Dandelion Collective DC will be hosting a CPR/AED (BLS, adult/infant) training at Dandelion Collective DC on Saturday, August 22nd from 12pm to 3pm. Certification for the course will be provided by HSI (Health and Safety Institute) and the training is aligned with guidelines from the AHA (American Heart Association). You will be provided with a certification card after you complete the training. The full cost of the training is $100. If cost is an issue and you would like to attend for a reduced rate, please contact Kris Oseth: krisoseth@gmail.com.

Is Dandelion Collective DC wheelchair accessible?
Unfortunately, Dandelion Collective DC is not wheelchair accessible at this time. There is a flight of stairs to enter into the main lobby. The training will be held in the fitness studio on the bottom level, which does not have a full flight stairs to enter, but does have 4-5 steps to enter.
Is Dandelion Collective DC metro accessible?
Yes! Dandelion Collective DC is located at 3417 14th St. NW, Washington, DC 20010. We are located on 14th St. NW, between Monroe and Newton, just a 5 minute walk north of the Columbia Heights metro station (Green/Yellow Line).
Do you have to identify as LGBTQ to attend?
No, but you need to be LGBTQ affirming. Dandeliion Collective DC is a safe space for LGBTQ people. If you'd like to attend, you do not have to identify as LGBTQ, but it is necessary that you are a LGBTQ affirming provider/professional/ally.
