Collective Rules.

  • Building access

    • You may only enter the building during regular business hours, unless given alternate permissions from Dandelion Collective management

    • Regular business hours are 8am - 10pm, seven days a week.

    • Building access is managed by Kisi door management system. Members must download the app and use their phone as a fob to gain entry. App instructions are provided after the member account is activated.

    • Members may not allow others to use their device or app log-in to gain entry to the building.

    • Members may use the intercom service, provided by Doorbird, to let guests into the building. The intercom may only be used during times of active reservations.

  • Booking policies

    • Members cannot sublease space nor resell any services already offered and sold Dandelion Collective DC. This includes and is not limited to, sharing, gifting, or reselling meeting room hours.

    • Members may add or change bookings as needed. 

    • Each month, any costs associated with bookings that exceed the member’s recurring monthly costs/credits will be applied to the following month’s invoice.

    • Cancellation

      • There are no cancellation fees for bookings canceled over 24 hours in advance.

      • Between 24 and 12 hours in advance, a 50% cancellation fee is applied. 

      • Less than 12 hours in advance, a 100% cancellation fee is applied.

  • Communal Areas

    • Members are welcome to use the lounge area. 

    • Members are expected to clean up after themselves.

    • Out of respect for the need for quiet working conditions, members should avoid congregating in the hallways and should keep keep extended conversations in their office or the designated gathering areas (lounge)

  • Private Human Services Lounge

    • The human services lounge is dedicated to human services providers who require a private place to write notes or discuss confidential details client cases with other clinicians.

    • The Human Services Lounge is available Monday through Friday from 8a - 6pm.

    • Outside of these hours, the lounge is made available as a studio space for guest artists.

  • Guests

    • You are responsible for your guests’ actions. Guests are expected to follow the same rules as members (clean space, minimal noise, etc).

    • Your guests may not be granted entry to the building if you are not currently physically present on-site.

    • If it is learned that a member has granted a guest access at a time they are not on-site, their membership will be immediately terminated.

    • Repeat violations from your guests may result in a termination of your membership.

    • The allowed number of guests is limited to the number of people permitted in the booked office.

    • Guests may gain access to the building by contacting their associated member using the building intercom or by being physically greeted at the front door by their associated member.

    • Guests may wait for their appointments in the lounge area or go directly to their associated member’s office. 

  • Marketing

  • Smoking

    • Dandelion Collective DC is a smoke-free facility and prohibits the practice and use of the following but not limited to:

    • candle burning

    • incense burning

    • outlet fragrance warmers

    • cigarette burning

    • cannabis burning

  • Maintenance and Damages 

    • Members are responsible to ensure the space you reserve is clean and tidy before you leave. If furniture has been moved, you must restore the room to its original set-up. If anything is damaged during your reservation, you are responsible for any repair or replacement costs.     • Dandelion Collective DC is dedicated to regularly scheduled cleaning service of the entire building. This includes but is not limited to sweeping, mopping, trash removal, bathroom cleaning, supplies restock
